| Georgia | From Jan 1, 2027: dated images under 12 months and at least 60 days to fix. |
| Colorado | Images under 12 months; can't be the sole basis; cosmetic isn't structural. |
| Florida | No aerial rule; roof under 15 years can't be the sole reason; older roofs get an inspection. |
